TISC Fees and Charges

The following fees and charges apply for TISC services. Submissions made without appropriate fees will be returned without being processed.

  • University Application

    Standard Application Fee $165.00

    Early Bird Application Fee (payable until 11pm 30 September 2019)
    2019 Australian or New Zealand NCEA students enrolled in their final secondary school year born on or after 1 March 2000 $50.00
    All other applicants $70.00

  • Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT)

    One section of the test (Written English or Multiple Choice) $155.00
    Both sections of the test on the same day $250.00
    Change of session or cancellation $70.00

  • Other services

    Universities Admission Advice Letter (UAAL) - official copy on TISC stationery

    Note: 2019 WA Year 12 WACE students can access and print a personal copy of their UAAL information (scaled scores and ATAR) via TISC's website up until the 1 March 2020.

    Copies of previous years' Universities Admissions Advice Letters, STAT, WAUFP and WAUPP results $40.00
    Photocopying and certification of documents for submission to
    QTAC, SATAC, UAC and VTAC

  • Refund policy

    Application fees contribute to the cost of administering your application. TISC does NOT refund university application fees or other charges if you change your mind, withdraw your application, or if your application does not result in an offer.

    TISC will only refund your university application fee in circumstances where your application is withdrawn by TISC.

    STAT fees may be refunded if a written application is submitted to TISC no later than 1 working day before the allocated testing session (ie 4.30 pm Thursday for a Saturday test). A cancellation fee of $70.00 is charged.

Fees for TISC services may be paid:

  • Online via credit card for TISCOnline services only
  • By telephone via credit card except for STAT and copies of previous results
  • By mail via credit card, cheque or money order (do not send cash through the mail) or
  • In person at the TISC Office
TISC accepts Mastercard and Visa, please use the authority form on your application coversheet, generated when you apply. Make your cheque/money order payable to TISC. You must pay in Australian dollars.
